UPDATE!
DarkXfadepoet and I have been together for three and a half years! HOLY SHIT. What a ride!
I barely update on here any more, but all of my other social media below are ones I update regularly. Stay classy everyone!

I have been pretty silent, but for a good reason. My uncle (who was the closest thing I have ever known to have as a grandfather, as my grandparents all passed before I was born) passed away last month and my cousin was killed in a freak motorcycle accident two weeks after that. I have been pretty closed off, and have been keeping myself as busy as possible to avoid as much crippling grief as I have been able to. I went back to therapy last month for several reasons as well.
I am having an initial consult after my vacation next month to begin HRT, after almost ten years of doubts and self-hatred as well. I am AIMING to have top surgery in March so that I can finish my physical transition, but this is heavily dependent on if I can get enough saved in time as well. If nothing else, it can wait until the following months. I am just trying to get back to my new normal after experiencing so many changes in the last three months, and without Mikey and my best friend, I have no idea where I would be right now. I am still employed at the same job (year and a half now boy!) but just have to readjust to changes that have been happening around me with my life.

UPDATE!
I am finally living how I want, no matter who's expectations I disappoint. Fuck it.

I know that this distance has made it difficult on us both, but it has been worth it the entire time. No matter how crazy our lives have been, we have stayed strong.

I have been working at a local bodily injury law firm for almost a year!! It's been such an awesome experience and I hope that this might turn into more for me in the future.


Now that I have passed all of my normal copy-pasta crap...
I do have news.
Today, I went to a consultation for top surgery (double incision mastectomy) with liposuction at a local plastic surgeon. I have lived as genderfluid for 8 years now, and I have been pursuing finally getting this done for almost 4 months. I started saving, and now I just have to wait to see how much my insurance perhaps will cover. It will be the longest (up to) 90 days of my life. But until then, I am living normally and saving as much as I can to finally make this dream reality.

I have finally been certain in my feelings for long enough that I feel ready to make the steps I need to become the person I have always seen/wanted myself to be. It just took 8 years to finally be able to do this reasonably. Until now, I have lived under my mom's financial stability, so I had not been able to save for such a feat. I now am done with college and have my own stable job that I can do this, and I cannot be more proud to be the person I am now. I am proud of all the steps I have taken towards my growth not only as a person but as a worker, friend and loved one.

Hopefully those of you that have stuck around for any length of time understand and are willing to go on this journey with me!

I hope 2017 brought you joy and happiness beyond all of our expectations.
When I have free time, I actually just play games. I hardly have any time to relax, so it's good that gaming is still an important hobby for me. <3

DarkXfadepoet and I have been together for (very close to) three years, and I wouldn't change it, even if given the opportunity. It's really crazy how one person has and will continue to help me change and love myself more. During the last few really tough months, he has been keeping my head held high and plasters a smile on my face every day. I'm not saying it has been easy, but loving him is so natural for me.

Also, I plan to help him make his first two cosplays: Gohan (Dragon Ball Z) and Male!Chloe Price (Life is Strange)! I look forward to the coming years and making our couples cosplays a thing. <3
